Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

Important:
If you have not been properly informed about your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period is extended to up to 12 months and 14 days.

Declaration of revocation:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Comfy Studios, Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße 6, 76726 in Germersheim, by means of a clear statement via our returns portal of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
A cancellation does not occur automatically by returning or refusing to accept the goods, but only by an explicit declaration.

Consequences of the revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or proof that the goods have been returned.

Return of goods:
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation.
The consumer bears the direct costs of the return shipment, provided he has been properly informed.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
