Shipping & Returns

Shipment

We deliver to Germany and all member states of the European Union. Shipping is via DHL, and delivery to DHL Packstations is available upon request.

Shipping costs within Germany: €4.99. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Shipping costs within the EU: €13.99 per order.
- Delivery time within Germany: approx. 1–3 working days after receipt of payment.
- Delivery time EU: approx. 2–8 working days after receipt of payment.

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or weather-related events. Delivery is only available to physical addresses; shipping to P.O. boxes is not possible.

Returns (Germany)

You can return ordered items within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal. Please register your return in advance by email to info@comfystudios.de . You will then receive a DHL return label by email, which you can use for returns within Germany.

The direct cost of return shipping is €4.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount upon receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used for the original order. The item(s) must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

Returns (EU outside Germany)

Customers with a delivery address in other EU member states can also exercise their statutory right of withdrawal. However, we only provide a DHL return label for returns from Germany. Returns from other EU countries must be organized and sent back to the address stated in the legal notice at the customer's own expense.
